We have a new Director at work. He had this idea a few weeks ago that involved making a scrapbook. Seriously . . . not exactly paying me to do it but allowing me the time and supplies to do it. It was a little hard at first because I didn't want to slap some flowers on there - I wanted it gender neautral. The thought is to have a picture of each person who is leaving and have them sign their name and say a little about their experience at the bureau. I found out today that his aunt used to keep a scrapbook by her desk and asked visitors to sign it. She worked in a place that had lots of famous people and royalty come through. So just in case one of us goes on to be big and famous, we'll have proof we knew them - lol!! J/K - I really think it's a fun thing to do so here is what I did.
Album is from AC and I had the ribbon and alphabet letters in my stash.
I used AC rub ons for the title, MM letter stickers, and a few buttons and such from my stash.
Here is a few page samples - a spot for a 4x6 pic and a space to write. I used a SUp stamp that can rotate with the page depending on a portrait or landscape photo.
And judging by the lack of photo quality of my samples, it's a good thing I bought a new idea book over the weekend ~ Photography by Scrapbooks, etc. I'd link to it but I could only find it on eBay and I really searched! I bought it at Michaels though. Wish me luck in learning . . . and finding my camera manual!
